GoldRun is an augmented reality tool that connects consumers with brands through location-based marketing on their smartphones.

GoldRun works through physical and virtual interaction, the consumer will be able to track down the location and positioning of the brand's virtual objects. This app allows the participant to take photos of themselves or others interacting with these virtual objects, which can then be immediately shared with their friends on Facebook.

Users can download this app for free from the Apple store.

GoldRun offers virtual goods to consumers in the form of interactive advertising such as social media games and virtual guides. By getting involved the consumer will receive participating rewards such as coupons and will be encouraged to join loyalty programs.
