Pepa Rojo began her career in the advertising industry as a copy at Ruiz Nicoli and Young & Rubicam, to develop campaigns offline. Since 2000 she jumped to the interactive world. Since then she has worked as creative director in large agencies such as McCann Erikson and Tribal DDB. She is currently the Creative Director of The Name Group.

She has worked for Volkswagen, Telefónica, Movistar, Telepizza, Lucky Strike, Reina Sofia Museum, MSN, Visa, Caja Duero, Mapfre, Coca-Cola, Banesto, Smirnoff, Vichy, chocolate, Tanqueray … Some of this work has been recognized at Cannes Lions, The Sun, FIAP, London International Awards and One Show.

5, is actually fairly balanced.

According to your own experience in Portfolio Night, what is the level of the young creative women?

Not talk about level and yes, about the potencial. People has talent. There were some pieces that I liked. In general, the only thing that I missed was more online piezes, more aware about the digital world.

An advice for the young creative women.

Be brave, and be amazed yourself, is the only way to surprise the rest.
