The agency Digitas has hired Barbara Cipolla as Executive VP and Chief Growth Officer. She was working as Executive Adviser on business strategy, brand position and media communications strategy. Cipolla was Worldwide Chief Marketing Officer at OMD/Omnicom Media Group and for 10 years worked at WPP’s GroupM, and then she holds the position as president at MediaCom USA.
