Ogilvy & Mather’s co-chief creative officers, Nancy Vonk and Janet Kestin, leave this advertising agency so as to launch a new company called “Swim”.
Swim, which opens next month, will train creatives and give them the tools that are necessary to do their works efficiently. One great advantage is that this company offer in-person and online training. Besides, these two creatives will work as teachers in the consultancy.
“With agencies no longer investing time and money to bring people along, it’s pretty much ‘sink or swim,’ and a lot of talented people sink,” Vonk said.
This training consultancy targeted to agencies, already have its first client: Ogilvy.
